                         The following is the list of
                        "Official Distribution Sites"
                                    for

                           THD ProScan Version 12.2
                           ------------------------

    FREQ "THDPRO" [DOS Version] or "THDOS2" [OS/2 Version] (no quotes) from
any of these sites for Version 12.2.

    Please note that I cannot guarantee that all systems will have the file
available immediately (or at all). This is a service provided by these sysops
without any obligation to myself.

    The following two files are expected to become available on the internet
shortly following release.

    Until such time as those files are made available, I will make available
on my WWW site the two files thd_12_2.exe and thd212_2.exe which are the
official distribution archives. These will be replaced with links to the SimTel
files as soon as they become available.
